I had an impressive and enjoyable experience when I was with Tony Zhang of Auckland City BMW. Tony is service driven professional. He knows very details of the vehicles and cares much about what the client really needs. His profession and well experienced communication skills won my respects and trusts on himself as well as on BMW brand! Tony is the right professional for the ones who want to know much about or buy BMW products!
Absolutely one of the worst customer service teams I have dealt with. No proper communication and overall very unhelpful. Would not recommend servicing your car or getting any work done here feels like a complete rip-off. Much better experience with the East Auckland BMW team far more professional and actually care about their customers.

WARNING: My Nightmarish Experience with BMW New Zealand I am a business owner and property developer. I want to share my appalling experience to warn potential BMW buyers about their design flaws and unethical business tactics. 1. The "Soy-Based Wiring" Trap BMW uses soy-based insulation on their wiring to save costs. This material attracts rodents, who eat the wires.
