I had a very positive experience with this place. My car was recalled for the airbag and the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve. The EGR valve was replaced at no cost, and the airbag was inspected but did not need replacement. They even covered my Uber rides to and from the service center. Everyone was polite and friendly.
I recently bought a used BMW from Bellal and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bellal was upfront, patient and professional. I would say he is so deligent and must done a lot behind the scene to ensure the whole process smooth and stress-free. Plus, the prompt communication.
