Mike Hartman came to my house to give me options to replace our central AC ( in our double wide house). At the beginning I was somewhat reluctant to the options. He was very professional and patient with me ( Sometimes I can be a little negative). He even adjusted the price a little. They did the installation the next day of signing the contract.
