The doctors are nice and compassionate, however getting to see a doctor process should be easier and without complications such as the front desk staff not telling you what you can and can't do. If you are self pay find a different place because you will be treated very differently but the people answering the phone . I'm very disappointed with the trouble given to me to get a follow up appointment with my doctor per the emergency room instructions. I shouldn't have to argue with who's going to pay for my visit. I love this place!! I went many years without going to a doctor and now I’m seeing Dr. Vuu and she makes me feel so welcome and comfortable!! She listens to my problems and makes me feel heard. Getting the medication I need has always been easy and simple, just a call away. My boyfriend also goes to Dr. Adams and loves her!! Same thing, always easy to get the medicine we need. Would recommend 1000 times over

Called to make an appointment and the automated system was answering the phone. I left a message detailing my name, DOB and contact information. The system told me they would contact me within 48 hours to schedule. the appointment. That time has long since passed and still no contact from Baycare.

my mom came here on 6/3 and they gave her medicine and the next appointment date but then I called to ask for a referral for my mom to see a kidney doctor and they said the last time my mom was here was 2023 and they couldn't give my mom a referral and they gave my mom the next appointment date I still agreed but a few days later the nurse called me and said they found my mom on the system so my mom didn't need to come anymore and I reminded them about the referral then the nurse said she would tell Dr. Pham about it...today... read more
