Good place to live - you can bring your trailer or RV and live here: pretty quiet and safe now, conditions have definitely improved from 3-4 years ago, Brett screens potential tenants better and it shows.
First place I lived in Sacramento area. 26 years ago. Now it is definitely a a 2way in and out, by car or foot. Quiet little park with a few shady lookin characters. Hasn't really changed still slow living.

Maybe one more than a year ago there was a couple trailers that were out of hand and the management wasn’t able to control what illegal activity’s where going on. But we’re kicked out eviction process that takes time and since covid 19 they thought they would never have to leave so maybe it was out of control for that time but that’s always a long process eviction.
