I’ve lived in Auburn Village for almost 2 years. I love living here! The courtyard is lovely to walk around with my dog, and lots of friendly neighbors. Close to del ray and can walk there in less than 10 minutes. Close to potomac yard shopping center and metro too! These are unique cute garden style condos you don’t get everywhere.

If you’re looking for a safe and community oriented condo this is a great place to be! You will find all ages here, from young adults to retired folks and families. Its great if you have a pet. It’s a walk to metro, groceries and Del Ray where you will find many coffee shops and restaurants and a farmers market on Saturday. There’s a nice trail near here for walks. I think the management is decent but there’s always room for improvement of course, and owners seem involved in decisions in the community.
Hi! I moved into Auburn Ct, Alexandria, VA in 2019 & this is still my primary residence. Firstly, my unit within this large residential condominium complex is fantastic. It’s on the ground floor with both front and back access doors, which is amazing as it avoids many steps and/or elevators. The unit itself is solid, both floors & walls are strong.
