Friendly and helpful people
Been a customer for over three years and went into the bank to deposit a retirement check into my account.was told specifically that they would have to hold the check for 7 days but I would have x amount of dollars available on the next business day. That day comes and nothing. I call the bank and they proceed to tell me that regardless of what the transaction receipt and your account says you have to wait the full seven days to get anything..I feel like this was very misleading information because why tell a customer someth... read more
