They have contracted out payments and we have had several late payments due to this change. Apparently the new rule is they have 5 business days from my request for payment. Uncool and completely unethical. I am incurring late fees due to an unwanted change to general policy. Online banking should make life easier and quicker, not more difficult and slower. In 2026 it shouldn't take 7 days to send money to the Auburn water that is three miles down the road. Fix this now#
