Been a customer for over three years and went into the bank to deposit a retirement check into my account.was told specifically that they would have to hold the check for 7 days but I would have x amount of dollars available on the next business day. That day comes and nothing. i'll bring University credit union has been my bank since 2020 when I moved here and I was coming from Redstone Federal credit Union which Is one of the best financial institutions in the state I think. I didn't think that AUCU was going to be able to compete, i was dead wrong.
