I’m changing banks. This is by far the worst “bank”, people who have been loyal to them for years shouldn’t even have to go through this type of stress dealing with them.
Worse place ever to try and get in touch with anyone. Try to get a loan officer to call you back is impossible. Leave message after message and no one calls you back. Unbelievable!!! Never again will I bank with Auburn university credit union!!!
