I swear Amy and Kim save my life every time I walk into Auburn Total Health. This time it was for an ongoing knee injury so I booked a mobility appointment (with thermography) so we could really understand what was going on. I hobbled into the business on a right knee with limited mobility. By the end of the appointment with Amy, I was able to walk without pain and she also gave me exercises to do to strengthen the leg. Body Harmonics was awesome. So relaxing and rejuvenating. I learned how to take the practice home with me to continue its' benefits any time I want. The sound bowls are so soothing to my body and soul. Kim and Amy are a true gift to our community. I am so grateful for their services which include much more to foster my healing journey.
