He took me through an initial protocol and range of motion movements. Then 10 minutes on the ice machine and I was feeling better than I had since surgery! 😊

I go to the Bellingham office, and they are all amazing. I saw Nicholas after I broke my ankle and he was always listening to what my goals were and helping me work to get there. I am a skater and he had me safely back on skates in what seems like no time! My back went out recently and the only PT I wanted to see was NW Physical therapy! First visit and I don’t feel hopeless any more. Evaluation and a plan is made, and sent home with exercises. You have to do your part of the work, but they really know their stuff.
