Took my Mercedes AMG GTS to these guys to buff away a few minor blemishes on the rear bumper. They did it in 30sec, came out like there was nothing ever there. They were that nice, they didn't even want to charge me. At the end, it only cost me $100. A competitor who specializes in high end car repairs/detailing, not far from these guys, told me the whole rear bar needs to be taken off and resprayed, for $1500+ gst plus 4 days in the workshop!!! My time at Auburn Smash Repairs was a total nightmare. Dealing with Anthony, the owner, was like navigating a maze of excuses and letdowns that lasted a painful three months. Every time I checked in on my car, there was a new excuse from Anthony. First, it was short staff, then missing parts, then it was his personal life getting in the way. Poor work, nothing lined up clips not attached properly everything rattles, parts also aftermarket for a new car definitely not place to go for repairs. Save yourselves and money. Had the car hidden for 2 months saying have parts, are here. When car wasn't touched. So now I've have to go another panel beater and spend more money to another panel beater.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had . They Had my vehicle for 4 months for repair,told me the parts were ready and car was going to be fixed . Week by week went by and car still not fixed but Anthony msg me every week saying it would be done by end of the week .
