This place is a typical trailer park. Some trailers are really good looking others are in disrepair, cars parked everywhere, and the road going through the park could use a resurfacing. Not somewhere I would choose to live.
Keep trying to get in touched with ANYONE for some information but have had no luck. Lived here yearssss ago and had family members from as far back as I could count that lived here as well. Use to have an absolute horrible reputation. Drugs, drug dealers, thieves, roaches, mold, and dangerous behaviors. I've heard there's been some changes and in need of a fast but safe livable solution. Since I heard it was under new management and trying to be improved, I thought why not. I just wanted to say I'm very thankful to this community. Not only the community but the main office along with maintenance. Any issues I have had were fixed promptly. The place is really taken care off. Not only this but they also take care of lawn maintenance which is another big added bonus to living here. Very happy to be apart of the community and thankful!
