Parking has become a complete nightmare at this place. It's supposed to be 1 spot per apartment and if you have more than 1 vehicle you park on the road or rent a garage. No parking without a pass after 7pm. If you get home from work after 6 pm you can forget about having a parking spot. People with no passes take up the spots. They might leave at 7pm you can idle out front of the garages for an hour and wait and see if they move or not. Big company flatbed dually's taking up 2 spots each because no one can park straight. We have been living at Auburn Ridge for going on 3 years. We have gone through two different management companies, 3 different property managers & rent increases but throughout all of this we have LOVED it here. We have never had any issues with any of the property managers. One did keep the door locked during business hours and had a large dog in the office with her & she wasn't the most talkative, but she was professional otherwise. We had issues with loud neighbors and once reported they did their best to take care of it.... read more
While the apartment is fine, Mandee (the office whatever) has the personality of a turnip. You can only get one word answers from her or told to look online. I'm not asking for a long, drawn-out conversation, but good lord, you'd think I was asking for nato nuclear launch codes, not apartment questions...
