I had a very good experience at Auburn Radiology. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. The whole process was smooth, and they explained everything clearly. The place was clean and well managed. I really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend Auburn Radiology to others.
Worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional. Nabila does not understand how to speak to patients or the English language. She talks to patients like you would speak to a dog. When I called the center to make my appointment at Lakemba she was quite short and rude and when I asked her to repeat the instructions because she speaks very quickly and not clear she responded I told you already and hung up on me. I then had to make an appointment for a follow up scan so I decided not to return to Lakemba because of this rude st... read more
Excellent service. The receptionist and the doctor who did the scanning were very polite and helpful. Also they helped in claiming the amount from the private insurance
