Very rude receptionist, not answering questions properly
I had a bad experience with the receptionist.. she was kind of rude and was taking in her own language even when i said i don’t understand…And when i called the next day for follow up she doesn’t seems to help she is just ready to hung up the call.. usually i am not the person to give review because i was really disappointed i am writing this
Avoid this place if your results are time-sensitive. They promised to send my urgent CT report to my GP and simply failed to do so. Their negligence forced me into an Emergency Room visit because my doctor couldn't wait any longer for the data. Unreliable and very unfrofessionalism.
I visited this clinic a few weeks ago after I had a fall at work and needed to get an X-ray. The receptionist, Yaren, was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. When I came back for my second visit, even though she was busy, she welcomed me with a smile and remembered me. I highly recommend this place and the service is excellent.
