I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Auburn Radiology. I was scheduled for a biopsy appointment today (March 27th, 2025) at 12:20 PM, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment had not been booked, despite a phone confirmation. To make matters worse, the doctor was available but refused to perform the biopsy, which left me in a very difficult and unprofessional situation. My wife Yufang has got some lung problems from early 2024. She had 3 CT scans so far. Every her visit completed with my company as my wife has some language problems. My experience shows that your radiology is really a good.one. Every staff member did their best. Particularly the receptionists are always enthusiastic, patient and helpful. I wish I could honestly give this place a 0 not even a 1 because what the actual hell. Came in for an x-ray as previously done before, and politely asked for the images and report to be emailed as soon as possible but the incompetent and arrogant receptionists (the Indian and the hijabi girl in fact) refused to email it as the referral via GP did not stamp it as urgent though previously one of the nicer receptionist emailed it straight away without the urgent stamp. I booked in on the Saturday and they cancelled on me last mintue and rescheduled me to Sunday and because of the long weekend I put my trip on hold as this appointment was very important and when I come on the Sunday they told me they can’t do my son because the person who does babies was on the day before and the person on the Sunday can’t do it. & they didn’t even offer to reschedule another appointment.
