I don't know if anyone is aware of this but vitalchek, the link listed to order online, is a scam. Please do not use this "company" to order your death or birth certificates. So many people, myself included, have been scammed by them. They make it seem that this is a very real company by giving you order number and pin number but no one answers the phone numbers they provide and will give you the run around if you email them.
I came here for an appt that was at 12:40, took them 30 extra mins to room me. I was a little frustrated because I had prior engagements. So I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she informed me the doctor was behind so probably about a hour. I waited because I didn’t have time to come the next day. I was a little irritated because of the miscommunication with who I scheduled with and the person I was speaking to at the office.
