We LOVE this pharmacy! They have the BEST staff in the world. So wish they still took tricare, we miss the relationships we built with them. If your insurance is accepted here don’t look anywhere else, they are the VERY BEST!
Great service and friendly staff Retail prices are a little high but reasonable
I have been a customer since the pharmacy opened; overall content with their service. Communication could be better. specifically, addressing customers when they are waiting, just a quick assurance that you’ve been noticed and they will be with you as soon as possible would go a long way-and also making it a little more clear when there are issues with a refill. The automated system is vague. if they tightened up a few things they would definitely be the best Pharmacy in the lake area.
