My mother and I both live here in Abilene, and both have multiple prescriptions to fill each month. Before coming to Auburn, I always looked at my monthly trips to the pharmacy as a chore with nightmarish qualities and over a lifetime have seen the worst of the worst at Walmart/Walgreens/CVS/Costco etc. Whether it was long lines, lack of inventory, problematic protocols, or just plain bad customer service...I've seen it all. Utterly disappointed with the horrible customer service and lack of organization with this place. Came to get meds earlier and medicine was ready but they didn't have new insurance on file. Provided insurance coverage over the phone yet when I tried to get meds again several hours later and they didn't have it in system? then when I tried to provide the insurance information in the Drive-Thru, the lady behind the counter slammed the window in my face and then I was told to go to back of the long line so they could enter insu... read more
