The pharmacist intern was great, but the actual pharmacist was a jerk when I asked a question about the medication that had been prescribed for my dog. It's fine if he resents having to fill scripts for animals, but there are better ways to handle his resentment, such as not accepting the script to begin with. To instead be rude and unhelpful to the customer (and the intern) is not acceptable. What a disappointing representation of your business.
