This pharmacy is hands down the best in the northlands.
I am extremely impressed with the help the pharmacist Kathy gave me. She went beyond her duties. I had a major issue with a much needed prescription I had to take. She contacted the doctors office and the insurance company trying to get the prescription approved ASAP. Kathy was able to get this done. Kathy thank you for all your hard work in getting the prescription filled.
Service is still good, but not as on top of things as they used to be. App is not working at all. I was told they are updating the system, but it's been weeks and that could have been done better. Hopefully it will get better soon and I'll be back to re-evaluate this review.
My previous chain pharmacy felt more like a trip to the DMV—impersonal, frustrating, and a hassle every time. Auburn is the complete opposite. The staff is kind, helpful, and genuinely personable. They remember me by name and treat me with care, which makes all the difference. Every experience has been smooth and top-notch. I’m truly grateful I made the switch!
