Auburn optical was wonderful! The front office staff are extremely welcoming and sweet! I have been in now a couple of times and have enjoyed my experience each time. Dr Martin had me in and out in no time! Best experience I have had at any eye doctor appointment!
I would highly recommend Auburn Optical and Dr. Martin. I injured my eye pretty severely on a Sunday afternoon and I went to Urgent Care. They didn't really have the ability to help much at all and they told me to call an optometrist the next day. I have always had great vision so I didn't have an optometrist. I called Auburn Optical at 9:00 a.m. the following day and they had me in the exam room by 9:45 and starting receiving treatment immediately. Dr. Martin and the whole staff are delightful! My daughter Charli (5) failed her kindergarten vision exam. I found Auburn Optical scheduled a new patient visit with in a week! Dr. Martin and staff made her feel comfortable and safe! If you’re looking for an optometrist that’s great with kids, look no further! Go to Auburn Optical! ☺️
I have never met a doctor and a whole office as kind! Blown away by them all!
We recently visited when my 8 month old baby scratched her eye, she wouldn’t open it for a day, it was terrifying! They got us in same day within hours and immediately identified the issue and helped with a solution, Auburn optical is AMAZING!
