My favorite cleaners, they consistently alter my clothes excellently and at the best price. They have also cleaned a few items for me and I couldn't be happier.
They will ruin your stuff & not offer any compensation. I dropped off a brand new shirt & it came back with stains on it. Not a good cleaner.
I do not equate a language barrier to poor customer service. They did a great job cleaning my items! The pricing was fair, the items were returned clean and undamaged, and I have returned multiple times.
