I had a prescription refilled that had been filled for 15 years for me on an as need basis. I asked for this refill in the last minute of my appointment that was for entirely something else. Because I asked IN OFFICE they charged me and my insurance an office visit for something they didnt see me for. No discussion, examination or anything was done OTHER THAN filling a prescription. The midwifes are great but the office is not good with answering the phone or calling you back with test results. I've called for 3 days, left messages and nothing back.

I saw this practice from December to April and never had a basic exam once. I had symptoms of endometriosis and asked multiple times to be checked for that and they said they don't do that. I was told my symptoms were from my own stress and anxiety. I just had surgery with a different practice last week and I had endometriosis in multiple areas. I could have already been treated for that but instead I was afraid it was all in my head because of what they told me.
