The staff doesn't follow proper CDC guidelines for hand washing, social distancing, or use of PPE's. They have also sent my Dad out twice for appointments without a mask as well as discharged another patient to Sunrise of Rocklin Retirement Community via their bus without a mask. This is of great concern, especially now that 2 staff members have tested positive for Covid-19 as well as a resident.
