The office has given me a great outcome.The doctor is amazing and very caring.Very patient.Rayanne Cares and returns calls and set up appointments. This exceeds my expectations of a dentist Office and his staff. I have never had a no call, no show. Doctor and Rayanne Are a good team they communicate With patients that's been my experience. I needed work done I needed compassion, I needed someone who explained everything to me and they were the ones to help me get through thank you.\nSo much , you guys are the best.😊
Dentist couldn’t bother to show up for an appointment he scheduled.
With Rayanne out of the office due to having a baby this place has gone to hell!! The other doctor cancels appointments due to his car/truck being out of inspection and getting a ticket and puts blame on his patients when there is an Uber/lyft app!! Would not recommend if you're looking for a professional dentist office 1/5 stars.
I’m giving this office one star for the following reasons: 1) Little to NO office staff able to handle any calls. 2) ANY correspondence sent to them, either by phone or email doesn’t get answered in a day or two - but rather weeks, if at all. 3) We went to this office and needed an extraction done, and were prepared to even make this office our regular dentist. Dentist saw my wife and had NO idea how to operate the X-Ray machine, and told her to reschedule. TWO weeks passed before they even got back to us - even with her in ... read more
This office is amazing...I had a horrible fear of dentists and Rayanne as well as the Dr alleviated my fear!! They take the time to talk to you and explain everything. I did not feel rushed or like a number..After my procedure,Rayanne gives you her cell number for after hour(s) care...You won't find dedication to patient happiness like this at another office!! Don't delay,call and make this office your new dentist!!
