Worst neurologist office I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Will actively hold work notes hostage for payment even if you have a payment arrangement or made a promise to pay. This is going to cost someone their job and in turn cause stress to someone who could be potentially in a life threatening situation when stress is caused. Whoever handles the phones is not a pleasant woman and lacks being professional. I have worked in an office setting before and I am stunned by how poorly I was treated over the phone regarding my visit. I was sent a bill in the mail months after my visit and was not told about my insurance or charges before or after my visit. I was told I was “all set” now they are demanding $300+ from me I could have had paid this whole time!
