After abit of miscommunication, I spoke to Rabi who was very professional and sorted it all out. I always use syn rad esp the auburn one! It does get quite busy so make sure to book in advance!
Called three times waiting for 1 hour with no reply!
I rarely leave reviews, but this place has exceeded my expectations twice now. Came in with an ankle sprain for X-ray and ultrasound without a booking, and the staff still went above and beyond to fit me in. I really appreciated how they informed me upfront that there might be a wait — it showed honesty and respect for my time. I could see the effort they put in to help wherever possible. It’s not often you find a team that blends efficiency with such kindness. Fantastic service — highly recommended!
Customers please ask when they will release the results before you book in or walk in. Please, release the results(images) in two days as the Synergy website says. It’s the fifth day since my wife had the ultrasound and we are still waiting for the results. This is her third scan until now and shouldn’t be problem to be shown in the app. Results delivery is too slow. I had to raise a enquiry/ feedback ticket.
