I've been here before, and experienced good customer service. However, this time the ultrasound lady was so quick, she rushed through the scan and when I tried to ask her a question on my results she was out of the room. Please fix your customer service, no need to rush scans!!!!
Terrible customer service
The reception staff were incredibly kind, and the people who performed the MRI scan were also very friendly. Everyone treated me with smiles and great care. They explained everything clearly several times, and I could see that they were attentive not only to me but also to other patients, taking the time to inform and guide them thoughtfully.
Conducted an OPG scan. 9 Days later and the reports are still not available. Not sure why, normally anywhere else I get the reports in a few days. They need to look into this and step up there game up.
After abit of miscommunication, I spoke to Rabi who was very professional and sorted it all out. I always use syn rad esp the auburn one! It does get quite busy so make sure to book in advance!
