Very rude and so unprofessional
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Auburn Medical Centre. For the past two days, I have been taking my brother there with booked appointments, yet despite arriving on time, there was no receptionist available, and no one seemed to care about managing or respecting patient appointments. Despite having confirmed bookings, the staff showed complete disregard for our scheduled times.
