I’m losing my mind waiting at this doctor’s office. We had it booked for 10 am, but it’s now 11:51 and we’re still waiting! I’m never going to do this again. Absolute zero reason to book in advance.
I was kept waiting 1 hour + after my appointment time and the Doctor (Aymal) was not polite and gave no instructions on what needs to be done for my blood test. Apparently I need to fast for 8 hours prior to a blood test to which this info was not relayed to me, wasting my time going to a Pathologist.
While the doctors are excellent, having to wait for over 25 minutes to speak with one of the three receptionists is appalling. In the end we gave up.
