I was kept waiting 1 hour + after my appointment time and the Doctor (Aymal) was not polite and gave no instructions on what needs to be done for my blood test. Apparently I need to fast for 8 hours prior to a blood test to which this info was not relayed to me, wasting my time going to a Pathologist.
While the doctors are excellent, having to wait for over 25 minutes to speak with one of the three receptionists is appalling. In the end we gave up.
Dr Mohammad Aymal got me in an hour after my appointment to quite literally tell me "go see a doctor, I dont know how you got here" and he then went on to check how i made the appointment while i was there. Edit: delay was due to doctor being late as the receptionist explained, this could have easily been communicated to the 10+ patients who had appointments earlier.
I have been treating at auburn medical centre for approx six months. I have found Doctor Jonathan very helpful and skilled in his profession. For treatment I would highly recommend doctor Jonathan. Now the main problem in this clinic is it’s waiting time you have to wait more than 30min approx even if you arrive there by your appointment time.
