I have been treating at auburn medical centre for approx six months. I have found Doctor Jonathan very helpful and skilled in his profession. For treatment I would highly recommend doctor Jonathan. Now the main problem in this clinic is it’s waiting time you have to wait more than 30min approx even if you arrive there by your appointment time. It’s difficult to explain how waste of time is this clinic ….
Dr. Aymal is our family doctor, and we’re so happy to see him. He explains everything clearly, is very patient, and carefully diagnoses each situation. The receptionist is also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and explaining the waiting time to see the doctor. However, it’s best to book an appointment first to avoid long waits. Overall, a great experience every time!
Both receptionists and the male Dr. did terrible service today. I hope they do better on my next visit. I definitely did visit your practice. I am using another email address. Please speak with your staff to improve, thanks.
