Good service but poor price transparency. The technician (Audi) was experienced and very professional and did a good job of diagnosing a problem with my HVAC. He explained the likely cause of the issue and implemented a workaround so my HVAC system could run at half capacity until a new part was procured and installed. Over-priced, dishonest and rude. The tech came in to check my broken HVAC and confirmed a leak within 5 mins of arriving. Leaves stating it is an easy standard fix, not replacement needed. Charges me for 2 hours (they said its minimum), additional parking charges (although the technician stated that they are at the condo building for several appts), consumable fees, travel charges - all adding up to over $500. Dishonest and overcharges. When the contractor fixed an issue in an hour during business operating hours, they instead charged 2 hours overtime ($270.50/hr) plus 30min additional ($175) to replenish building engineer stock. Including parts, they charged $1045 to replace water actuator. None of these charges were previously discussed or explained.
