Great mechanica & plumbing l contacting company.
Technician spent 1 hour to pick up 2 new filters and I have to pay $189 for that hour. I was surprised that HVAC techs didn’t carry standard filters in their trucks. What if my shop was 2 hours away from the filter store? So I’d have to pay $400 for them to pick up filters? Ridiculous!
Good service but poor price transparency. The technician (Audi) was experienced and very professional and did a good job of diagnosing a problem with my HVAC. He explained the likely cause of the issue and implemented a workaround so my HVAC system could run at half capacity until a new part was procured and installed. I appreciate the good work that they did.
