Fix the front gate for better security at nigjt
The amount of money they charge per month (rent, WSG etc) vs what you get here is not in favor of the residents. This company seems more worried about lining their own pockets so the executives can afford bigger yachts down in Florida than investing into the needs of the community. (Security, parking, upgrades etc). I see wasteful practices and or selfish acts from this company that also adds to my opinion.
