Giving 1 star because it won't allow me to leave blank. With the way medical providers operate today it is already hard enough to find a decent doctor that plans on staying at a facility for a long enough time to build a good relationship with and most of them that do, don't except new patients very often. This facility used to be great before all or most of their great providers went on to bigger and better things.
