Cashier named YOUNG was very very RUDE! I called and asked for help on my refund and she answered me "THAT'S NOT MY WORK!" In a very rude manner! It has been 3months already since the emergency happened and that certain cashier named YOUNG said it hasn't been in the system and asked for my email address while my case is being investigated. Never Go to this hospital. The Staffs dont know what they are doing. they dont care if someone is dying but they do care how you gonna pay or you are able to pay or not. what a shameful place to go. its been so many times i have experienced this, specially regarding staff’s tone. It wont cost you guys to smile and talk politely to any patients
I would like to thank the triage nurse Shupa and nurse Bilal for their care and attention with my Dad who was very anxious and worried about his blood pressure and sugar levels. They calmed him down and reassured him. Also Nurse Bilal made funny jokes and his humour was much appreciated as my dad was distracted and focused on the conversation rather than his health. We appreciate all the hard work and care that the nurses provide for us. Thanks again ❤️🩹😇
I been there last friday Reception and the Triage nurse was good but once I was called inside the Emergency Room the doctor ask me to sit on chair but there is side table there and it is so dirty, even the empty saline small bottles are there,white powdery stuff are everywhere and the doctor doesn’t mind it which is bad its infection control, and the nurse who assigned there is a bit rude does not have compassion and letting the student nurse do her job, the patient toilet and bathroom is so dirty and untidy there is shower ... read more
