Stay away from this place. Came in for shortness of breathe and the nurse at triage acted like it was nothing saying you’ll be waiting hours as it’s not life threatening and the won’t do much when they see you. Can you please explain what falls under the category “life threatening” If I cannot get help from a hospital, where else should I be going?
Too late service....don't know call in the morning 8:30 but service at the end after 2 o'clock....
I had such a positive experience giving birth at this hospital. The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout my entire stay. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and fully cared for every step of the way. I truly can’t complain about anything. I’m so grateful for the way they looked after me and my baby. Thank you to the entire team for making my delivery such a smooth and memorable experience!
I went because I was having trouble breathing due to an infection. The nurse started raising her voice at me because I couldn’t answer the questions. After two hours, when they finally gave me the medication, I asked for the nurse’s name!!! (I find her in Facebook page of the hospital) The receptionist (who kept asking me only about my visa) was the worst. They also refused to give me the receipt, saying that the system wouldn’t allow them to. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hospital. They should be fired!
I had a day procedure done at Auburn Hospital and was impressed by the quality of care I received. From admission to discharge, the staff were warm, respectful, and attentive. The nurses and surgical team made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process.
