I wish I could give 0 rating.I was referred to emergency due to chest pain and shortness of breath.Its ridiculous how they act being a nurse and staying at reception is to help people not to show their rudeness and unnecessary attitude…..they need some common sense of how to talk to patients. If they hate their job this much they should stay home. I don’t understand why they are even sitting there and management not doing anything regardless of so many reviews regarding same issue.

I wish there was option to give minus rating. We were Auburn Hospital on 21 july at 5:40 in Emergency department’s receptionist and nurs’s tone of speaking to the patient referred for an ECG was unprofessional. She was loud and had no clue why we were here. They kept of sticking about the cost of $750 rather than willing to know why we were there.
