Our family had a horrible experience with this builder.
Run as fast as you can before you even think about using Auburn to build your house. Just had one of the worst experiences. They sign contracts and then try to scam for more money once work is completed. Very poor business ethics. They'll even go to the extent of seeking attorneys on you to collect on their scam. They were paid more money than what the work proposal was for, and still tried to get greedy. Their loss for any future referals from this one. They suck.
I have had the opportunity to work with this builder through several clients that did not want a home that looked like all others in their neighborhood. They had owned several homes in the past and new exactly what they wanted, & didn't want from past home buying experiences. My home buyers had specific needs for their home and the builder met with them directly and was always a phone call away. This kept every one at ease through the entire building process.
