My elderly mother resided at Auburn Heights for 2-years. Mom made many friends there and she felt it was her home. As moms needs grew, she needed more attention from the health team which Auburn was able to provide. The management team at Auburn were a pleasure to work with, answered all our needs and kept mom safe and healthy. My mom was only here a short while, but what a great place and the staff were so kind and compassionate.
I would recommend. My father is enjoying himself as a resident. The staff is like family. There is so much good I can say. Top rate!
Receptionist was rude to my daughter when she was inquiring about job opportunities
As the daughter of my elderly mom at Auburn Heights, I have found the personnel helping my mom to be caring and competent. Any conversations with the Lifestyles Director and/or the Executive Director regarding my mom's fluctuating care, are always met with flexibility to suit the specific needs of my mom. There are plenty of activities, live music and special events; something for everyone's tastes.
