Honestly I regret moving here the HOA has been difficult to deal with. Very particular about some rules and relaxed about others. Out of other HOA’s I’ve had to deal with I would say this has to be one of the worst. Can’t wait to move!!!
That's Community but it's an h o a it's just like every other h o a. Personally I would never live in an h o a. But to each their own I guess but I'm free-spirited a leader not a follower.
Fantastic condos/townhomes. They are well kept, clean, and relatively quiet. The Trax (light rail) train round on the southwest property boundary, but from 8nside the townhomes you can hardly hear it. They have a wonderful location at may be 5 minutes from a lesser-used though fully functioning I-15 interchange.
