Auburn fields is a state licensed, 20 bed facility, we offer all inclusive pricing and 3 room sizes to choose from. We are an A&D waiver participant. We have our preferred in home health and Hospice company, an in house Physician that visits every month. Local Podiatrist visits every 2 months and a beautician biweekly. Caring staff 24hr and Kitchen staff to prepare meals from scratch. Music and activities scheduled Monthly.

Auburn Fields is a great place for mom and dad. Their staff is kind and compassionate, fulfilling all my parents needs. The building and rooms are well kept, always clean and fully serviced. I feel fully confident my parents are being well cared for and it gives me comfort in knowing so.
