I gave it all day and I’m still pissed so here you go everyone. Called in today to pay my bill, as I have done for the past 4 years, and suddenly I’m not able to hear details on my account because I’m not an “authorized user”. Just got internet service on Monday. The entire process was great from start through installation. Everyone I dealt with was top notch customer service focused. They explained everything in detail and kept me informed throughout the entire installation. I am extremely happy with the internet so far and would recommend their service to anyone.
Regular wifi outages with zero customer support and no outage tracking leaving people in the dark.
Really wish they would send out an email or post something about service interruptions or outages. Sitting over here thinking I’m having hardware issues the whole time…
