Lovely staff
I really do appreciate the services this company offers, but because of lack of competition in the area the services are sub par. It's 2026 and the online payment site looks like it hasn't changed since 2001. There is no option to auto pay or pay by e-check. Using a card means a small fee. The only other option is to mail a check along with the invoice, which is not something I needed to do in the past decade or so. Also the Internet has been really glitchy this past year. Doesn't matter how long we've been customers (over 3 years) and always had the seemingly same regulations and rules....its small town company hours&staff numbers ..no easy tracking or honorable web pay options...if they want to be difficult and change things on you they can and will.....hard to get ahold of by 4pm(when they close each day) for typical working households and they don't take responsibility for their glitches.
