Doesn't matter how long we've been customers (over 3 years) and always had the seemingly same regulations and rules....its small town company hours&staff numbers ..no easy tracking or honorable web pay options...if they want to be difficult and change things on you they can and will.....hard to get ahold of by 4pm(when they close each day) for typical working households and they don't take responsibility for their glitches. I gave it all day and I’m still pissed so here you go everyone. Called in today to pay my bill, as I have done for the past 4 years, and suddenly I’m not able to hear details on my account because I’m not an “authorized user”. The account is under my husband’s name but I have always been the one calling in to pay.
