They never answer the phone and I’ve had a sinus infection for over 2 months they just keep giving me antibiotics when they need to give me a ct scan or something else to figure out the problem.

I brought my son (under5) to Dr. Pozemik. She was so awkward with him and definitely had zero ability to speak to connect with pediatric patients.

My experience with Auburn ENT services has been very good. While I wanted a quick fix to end chronic sinus problems and potential ear issues - that was not realistic. They explained their recommendations to me, and were methodical and pragmatic in ordering imaging, testing and treatment. Over the year, I noticed some office challenges with communications and sending home written orders, but their medical staff is attentive. On 6/30 had an appointment at 11am. At 11:25 we inquired what the wait was and was informed that the doctor was with a patient and there was another patient ahead of us and it would be at least another half hour if not longer. We asked if we could come back in a while, but was told no because the doctor could be done earlier. Why were we not informed of this when we signed in?
