Don't Even Bother When moving into this complex all seemed well, however after signing the lease everything changes from maintenance to your monthly bill. Pay no attention to the advertised price. AKA the gimmick to get you to sign. Since being here, my rent increased $90 for an amenity fee, however nothing new was added. Just paying more for existing features because they feel like it. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT The office staff here are terrible- incredibly rude with zero customer service once you have signed the lease. Last summer it took me FIVE maintenance requests and several phone calls just to get my air conditioner fixed. The grounds are not kept up and there is garbage frequently overflowing from the dumpsters. I am moving out as soon as my child graduates HS and I no longer need to be in this school district.
