My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. The staff was SO NICE and I felt very safe here. I had to be seen in the middle of the night for an asthma attack and they got me in right away. They were so so kind and friendly and extremely helpful and attentive.
