My boyfriend went in due to a fever of 102 and as a chemo patient it’s serious for him to be seen. He was taken in but they barely attended to him. Kept him all night IN THE ER due to no rooms available even though they said they had some available. Kept him around other sicknesses. He hadnt ate since 11 am that day and was hoping to get food Cause he didn’t get any before, he asked for food I believe two to three times to which they brought him a handful of crackers. My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. The staff was SO NICE and I felt very safe here. I had to be seen in the middle of the night for an asthma attack and they got me in right away. They were so so kind and friendly and extremely helpful and attentive.
