Horrible place, horrible workers. Waited over 10 minutes at the window because no one was at the desk. I took a picture and posted it here of no one up front at all. Had to go here because my son’s pcp did not do tb tests. They gave me and his Vanderbilt specialist the run about. I will never walk through their doors again. We weren’t able to do a simple final test to help my son’s chronic condition. Because of their attitude and their magically failing fax machine, he wasn’t able to get it done in time
Tried to schedule and appointment for my daughter. The receptionist put me on hold and came back with several excuses not to make an appointment. Very unprofessional......
I've had good experiences here each time. Wait times are about average. Friendly, helpful staff. Self pay patients must pay on the day of visit, check or cash only.
