Been trying to contact this location since school started this year and no one either calls back or there always closed. My child does not ride the bus that they have in the app and I have sent countless emails about the correct number but to no avail or update except where the bus that she is not riding is stopping. This does not help me keep up with my child's location. I guess I will have to purchase the Cube GPS tracker to keep tabs of where she is at all times

My granddaughter was put on 2402 yesterday 8/11 and the bus driver was smoking on the bus ,screaming at the kids and was put off no where near her stop and had to cross a main road with traffic have called the transportation office and no one answers

Why would the bus transportation office be closed and not respond the week that school starts? Considering there is only one phone number to call anyone at the office, and no email listed online, there is no way for parents to escalate any issues related to missing bus stops. With Auburn schools starting on a Friday (tomorrow) to have an unresponsive transportation office is quite concerning and doesn’t look good.
