Took my new truck in for first service and everything went great. Cost me nothing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Great service. Just pulled my truck out of storage for the past 3 years. Explained that I will be driving cross country as soon as they were done with my inspection and oil change. Left feeling good that my wife and I will be able to make the trip no problem. Friendly staff and they were done with my truck in about an hour and a half.
The service department is horrible. Their communication skills are a joke!
I have had full support from all departments of Auburn Chevrolet since buying my Chevy Equinox EV. This support includes help and guidance from Casey the Body Shop Manager, Dennis the Service Manager and Nathan the Service Writer. All 3 have warm and kind personalities, are knowledgeable, are clear communicators and go above and beyond. I really appreciate all they do on an ongoing basis for me and others. I highly recommend the Service Shop at Auburn Chevrolet!
