Absolutely horrible. Brought my truck in on a Tuesday I was told to be done on Thursday. Was then told the internet was down I wouldn't have it till Friday Friday came I waited till the end of day nobody called I had to call them I was told my truck with me ready till Monday Monday came around was told my truck would be ready till Tuesday a week my work truck they cost me thousands of dollars in Lost Time no loaner truck no longer car no nothing I had called them they didn't even keep me updated. After earlier inspection. Instead of both front and back breaks replacement. It was just rear. And half the time. So thankful for a 2nd look. With the help of the young lady at the check in counter. It was an awesome experience.
Wouldn't think about taking my Chevy Blazer anywhere else. I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years and have bought 5 vehicles from Auburn Chevrolet. On this visit(07/22/2026 for my 2019 Chevy Blazer, from the time I walked in to the service dept to drop off my Blazer till she was done.
