I have had full support from all departments of Auburn Chevrolet since buying my Chevy Equinox EV. This support includes help and guidance from Casey the Body Shop Manager, Dennis the Service Manager and Nathan the Service Writer. All 3 have warm and kind personalities, are knowledgeable, are clear communicators and go above and beyond. I really appreciate all they do on an ongoing basis for me and others. I highly recommend the Service Shop at Auburn Chevrolet!
Really should be able to give 0 or negative stars. I’ve been trying to get my vehicle in for weeks and have been given the run around and feel ignored. I finally called and expressed my frustration and got to talk to someone only to be told they needed to check something and would get back to me about scheduling. Guess what? Still haven’t heard from them. They tell you texting is the best way for them to communicate- only in that it’s easier for them to ignore you and cause it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Good service. Nice people. Very quick. Rarely have to wait very long. Being a senior citizen, I have a hard time with the high price. But, not sure if would be cheaper anywhere else.
Everything went great and smooth. Nathan the advisor was excellent!
