Poor management and zero respect for patients' time. Even with a 2 PM appointment, I had to wait 50 minutes. The receptionist was unresponsive and seemed more interested in chatting with acquaintances than helping the people in line. Very frustrating experience. Save your time and go somewhere else. I had my first dose of Covid vaccination from this medical centre at that time doctor who did my vaccination told me to come one month later for second dose when I return back to have second dose another doctor told me to come six months later they can’t have vaccination less than six month which I agree and then I went there nine months later and I asked receptionist for second dose she was so rude for no reason if this medical centre is only for Chinese or for your people then just write that on board don’t she told me the... read more
