I got referred to John Matthews at auburn off-road by another shop who didn’t want to do installation bc I didn’t purchase parts through them. John answered the phone and was short, put me on the calendar for two weeks out, and when I tried to go over what I wanted done on my truck he said he didn’t have time and would call me back.
