I booked them for an event and the service I received was just horrible. Very unprofessional and poorly executed. Nothing we discussed in the contract was followed. They had a problem getting drivers and when the drivers arrived they were in street clothes. Not professional looking at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!
Wish I had read the google reviews, ghosted me after charging for rides from Montgomery to ATL airport. Booked both ways, they charged both and then stopped responding. Called and emailed for help, phone goes to a “call center” and they just say someone will call back. I have requested a refund and disputed charges with credit card, will see how that goes. Left us scrambling to get to ATL day of our flight. They are Terrible!!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We tried to use them for a company event in Atlanta with pick up in Columbus and they ghosted us in the week leading up to the event, AFTER taking the entirety of our money. When NO ONE SHOWED UP, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone except an answering service who said that the whole team was “out of office”.
