Sam & Bob saved us literally thousands of dollars by custom making a part for which they charged us only $75. Worst professional experience ever. I spent hours on the phone with the owner, Bob. He shared how much money he makes, how his poor wife passed away, how he likes 1 of his kids and so many more details. All I wanted was to have some shower and bath handles replated in “matte black”. First they were delayed, second they did the handles in Shiny Black (not matte), then they agreed to redo them to matte black. Not only did I not get matte black (they are actually blue) but the quality is so bad they are peeling after 10 months.... read more

Sam & Casey were great! We were having trouble finding a part for our very old bathroom shower...the handle broke off. We went to Lowe's, Home Depot, & our local plumbing store. We looked online and found them & they had our part. They recognized from a photo that they had it! We spoke to them, ordered it, & it was delivered the next day. Thank you! :)

We were selling our home and had an unfinished shower with Altmans rough plumbing, but no trims. Altmans is out of business and it was proving impossible to find the parts we needed, until we found Auburn Bath! An absolute angel named Sam, who really knows her stuff, was able to confirm what was needed, locate the rare parts with her contacts and inventory, and ship them to us in time to prevent ripping out of walls (and hair) before our closing. I live in New York City and needed a 20-year old faucet valve. No plumbing replacement part stores in NYC knew what I was seeking. Called Auburn Bath. They knew exactly what I was talking about. They found the item that day in their inventory and shipped to me. Nothing could have been easier. Just amazing.
