If you want a place that’s honest and knows what they’re doing, go here. My car felt like brand new after all the work they did. I mistakenly thought the splash guards were missing. Even after ordering the parts, they let me know that nothing was missing, and they didn’t charge me. When they fix things, they make sure they’ll stay fixed. They put in the effort, explain the process, and will always ask you before adding services. This is my only auto shop now.

The staff and the owner at Auburn Auto went above and beyond to fit me in. They provided an honest assessment and got me moving again quickly. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop with this much integrity and heart. If you want a team that actually cares about people, this is the place to go.
I had an excellent experience with Nem at Auburn Auto Services. From the start, he took the time to ask about my vehicle’s history and made sure to avoid any unnecessary repairs or charges. I really appreciated the transparency—he even provided photos to show exactly what was going on with my car. Nem and his team changed my oil, checked my transmission fluid, and repaired my catalytic converter, and everything was done with care and professionalism.
