I bought my vehicle 7 month's ago and it has a blown head gasket. It's a 2016 Escape. Now I owe 7,000 on a loan and can't afford to fix my car. It's a terrible hardship for me. I live on a fixed income and I have no vehicle. I called Jacob because I truly thought this vehicle would last longer than 7 Mos. He said he was sorry, but he couldn't help me because he can't afford to take a loss. I'm stuck making payments for 3 years and insurance for a vehicle I can't drive.
Jacob was awesome to buy from! Made me feel relaxed about the whole process and helped me with all the questions I had about the car during the process! Car was well priced (even my bank said so) and I would definitely look at their inventory before purchasing anything else even at the distance I had to travel to get there!
I just bought a Chrysler Malibu. Jacob and his team went above and beyond to help me out! Jacob is a very nice person and cares for his customers! They drove down to Fort Wayne to where I live and delivered me the car! I can't thank Jacob and Auburn Auto Sales enough for taking care of me!
Just bought a 2012 GMC Sierra from Jacob a few weeks ago who I thought was a honest man, Was I mistaken. I haven’t even made a payment yet and my transmission went out. I tried to call Jacob directly 3 times with no response. Talked to the owner of Auburn Auto Sales and he was unsympathetic and said he was sure Jacob wouldn’t sell me a truck that wasn’t right.
