The support staff, April is rude and exhibits poor customer relations skill. In front of a crowed waiting in a loud voice she says and l quote "We cannot see your puppy you us money!" With the waiting room FULL OF PEOPLE! Needless to say I was very upset about her ignorance. I did speak to the vet and said he talked to her about it. My first experience with Auburn Animal Hospital was a great one. Our sweet Rose was injured and needed special orthopedic surgery and the staff handled the matter very efficiently. Our referral was transferred to a place of my choosing which was great because it allowed me to do my research. Rose was a new patient because we were in the middle of closing on our new home which happened to be an hour away, but that did not stop the office staff from treating Rose like family. When you give a prescription for heartworm preventative so a customer can order it MUCH cheaper online, you should be willing to APPROVE the prescription from the retailer we purchase from when they send you a notification. Other vets are doing it and so can you. Your policy is VERY outdated.
They’ve always taken great care of my animals since they opened! They take time to listen and are very knowledgeable.
Everyone here is SO nice and caring. Today was my first visit here and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Nice people, reasonably priced pet care. I highly recommend them!!
They have taken care of my Lhasa Apso named R'ana for over 15 years. Dr Rackley is the most knowledgeable and understanding person I know. My R'ana passed away and crossed the Rainbow Bridge last Monday. I am so relieved that she got the best care till the end. 5 stars from me all day any day.
The staff is very friendly! My cat goes to see Dr. Johnson every few months and she's great! They always greet me by name when I come in and the wait is never long. Dr. Johnson is thorough and always explains things to me.
