The support staff, April is rude and exhibits poor customer relations skill. In front of a crowed waiting in a loud voice she says and l quote "We cannot see your puppy you us money!" With the waiting room FULL OF PEOPLE! Needless to say I was very upset about her ignorance. I did speak to the vet and said he talked to her about it.
