The vet here seems to be inept and out of touch. All the techs are so nice and helpful, but Dr. Clemens has made several mistakes when caring for my animals that resulted in the worsening of their conditions and the premature death of 2 of them. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere more reliable to take the pets that you love because this man has aided in the miserable ends of my loved ones.
Dr Anne Ball is amazing. kind compassionate and patient. she will not make you feel bad for wanting a holistic approach to feeding or medicating your pet. she will incorporate both traditional and holistic for the care of your pet and she will utilize email to communicate if you ask. i cant say enough wonderful things about her as well as the staff who are equally kind and compassionate.
Good facility with friendly staff and great vets and techs. They always provide excellent help, explanations, and preventative care.
The staff working here (March, 2025) basically saved our dog’s life. They saw our sick puppy and preformed emergency surgery with no room on the day’s schedule for anything of the sort. We appreciate this place so much!
Always a great experience. I've been bringing my animals here since I was a kid in the back seat of my parents' cars. Wouldn't go anywhere else! We drive in from Parma!
