I am very satisfied with this office. People are friendly and professional. Dentist and assistants are compassionate. They make you feel comfortable and acknowledge your fears and concerns. I like that they are prompt with appointments and apologize if they are running a little late. My hygienist is wonderful. I am happy with this office so far. Been visiting here for about 2 years.
Carrying and Professional staff.
As a professional in the medical field I am always the biggest critic when receiving medical/dental care. Dr. Royal and his staff where the utmost respectful, professional and compassionate with both myself and my husband. I am so happy that we have finally found our long term dentist!! Kudos to you all !!!
My family and I have been going here a number of years and although the staff has changed the business is still the same. They greet you warmly, get you in at your scheduled time and are very thorough with their treatments. I would and do recommend them.
I just want to say I am so pleased with the work I had done and the staff was so friendly and kind.
The first thing I really liked was the fact that someone came out after I had been waiting past my scheduled time and explained why they were running late. Also liked that, so far, they have addressed my concerns and made me feel confident with what they outlined. No pressure, friendly service, and prices seemed fair.
